GENERAL CONDITIONS

Finding and selecting goods:

To find items, select the appropriate category from the top menu. By clicking on the category, you are interested in, a list of relevant products will appear. For more information on the product, click on the product name. There is a box where You can enter the quantity of the selected product. By clicking on the “Add to Cart” button, the selected item will be delivered to the cart and a corresponding message will be displayed.

Shopping Cart

By clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button you will see a list of items that you have selected but have not yet been ordered. In the shopping cart you can see the names of the goods, the price of each item and the total price of the cart. The quantities of items in the shopping cart can be adjusted or deleted. You can delete products by clicking on the cross in front of the product image.

When you place an order, you must enter the Remitter / Invoice details. Be sure to check the correctness of the recipient (remitter) data. If you want to send the goods to another address, click in the box after question: Send to another address? If you have specific comments about your order, enter them in the box: Comments on the order. The accuracy of the information provided in the order ensures the trouble-free delivery of the products purchased by the Customer and excludes any additional costs. After clicking on the button “Submit order,” the order confirmation is automatically sent to the Client’s e-mail address. It is not an invoice but a statement that the order has been received by the seller.

Order confirmation and payment

After selecting the products, choose the appropriate parcel terminal where you want to receive the package. If you’d like to get a Parcel to a post office or collect it yourself, write this information in the “Comments on the order” box. However, the system will ask you to choose a parcel machine. After choosing a delivery method, select the payment method – bank transfer or bank link. When paying by bank transfer, you must make a transfer to Hortus Medical OÜ account (Luminor bank  EE541700017002679891 or LHV bank EE157700771001997027). In order to handle the goods faster, we recommend sending the payment confirmation to our e-mail address info@hortusmedicus.ee . If you choose a payment with a bank link, you will be redirected to the payment environment that suits you, your home bank or AS Koduliising (LIISI_EE) to apply for a post-pay. After selecting the payment method and accepting the terms and conditions, click the “Submit order” button in the shopping cart. A confirmation of the order will be provided to the customer’s email address. If there are any concerns with order fulfilment, for example missing the ordered goods from stock, the customer will be contacted and informed about that.

Order will be processed after 100% prepayment.

The following options are available for delivery:

  1. SmartPOST parcel machine.

The shipping charge for SmartPOST parcel delivery is 3 euros (will be added to the total amount of Your order) regardless of package size (prepayment by invoice). You will receive the goods from the parcel terminal of Your choice after paying the issued invoice. Of particular importance is the correct cell phone number of the Package recipient, as the door code of the parcel machine is sent there. The Package is stored free of charge in the SmartPOST parcel terminal for 7 calendar days after the message arrives on Your mobile phone. If you have not collected the Package within 7 calendar days, the order will be cancelled. In that case Hortus Medicus OÜ will keep 5 EUR handling fee from the order amount and the rest of the payment sum for the concrete order will be returned to the customer’s bank account.   1. Omniva parcel machine:

The shipping charge for Omniva parcel delivery is 3 euros (will be added to the total amount of Your order) regardless of package size (prepayment by invoice). You will receive the goods from the parcel terminal of Your choice after paying the issued invoice. Of particular importance is the correct cell phone number of the Package recipient, as the door code of the parcel machine is sent there. The Package is stored free of charge in the Omniva parcel terminal for 7 calendar days after the message arrives on Your mobile phone. If you have not collected the Package within 7 calendar days, the order will be canceled. In that case Hortus Medicus OÜ will keep 5 EUR handling fee from the order amount and the rest of the payment sum for the concrete order will be returned to the customer’s bank account.   1. You can collect the goods yourself:

With separate agreement it is possible to come and collect the goods by youself. To do so, send an email to info@hortusmedicus.ee .

Free deliveries on all orders with total cost of 49 EUR or more.

Depending on product, your order is normally fulfilled within 2-3 working days.

Product returs and claims:

Should the purchased goods be not suitable for some reason, You have the right to return the product within 14 days days from receipt of the goods. To return the product, please send us prior an e-mail to info@hortusmedicus.ee with a Withdrawal application (withdrawal application), containing the following information: returnable product, reason for return, order number and bank account where to return the money.

The returned product must not be damaged or altered. The goods must be returned as a complete in the original package, including the free gifts You recieved accompanying the product that is beeing returned. By using the 14-day right of withdrawal, You as a consumer are responsible for the possible decrease in value of the product caused by the use of the product.

Privacy policy:

Personal data is processed by Hortus Medicus OÜ.

Personal data that has become known through our online store will be recorded in our customer register.

Our e-shop uses the Customer’s personal information to send the customer a newsletter or special offers only if the Customer has given its consent for that.

Our e-store stores necessary contact information and information about purchases made by the Customer during the execution of purchases. This information is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The personal data necessary to send the Products to the Customer shall be forwarded to the courier company that delivers the goods.

Data communication between the Customer and the banks and the card payment centre is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Customer’s personal data and bank data. Payment is made outside the E-shop environment, in a secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. The e-shop does not have access to the Customer’s bank data and credit card information.
